1. Ordering by internet
a. Choose a product: Using the online catalogue is quick and easy. By clicking on the Product page you have can view the various models available to purchase in the KiWAMi collection. Click on an image to bring up the information page on that particular model. When you see a model that you would like to purchase, select your size, the colour and quantity, and then click on « Add to my shopping cart ».
b. Continuing to Purchase: Follow the same steps for each model you would like to purchase.
c. Checking Out:
a. to pay for your order click on « my Shopping Cart » and fill in the required information : name ; delivery and invoicing addresses ; email address ; telephone number ; credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram (the last 3 digits on the signature panel at the back of your card). The information you provide remains private and secure. KiWAMi does not have access to your credit card details.

d. Confirmation of your Order: Whenever you make an online purchase you will recieve an email confirming the order. This email contains your order number and the details of your order. The email does not contrain any confidential information. Please keep the email as reference for any correspondance related to the order.
Secure Internet Transaction information:
Whenever you pay by credit card on our website, KiWAMi guarantees you a secure and confidential transaction. Your credit card number is processed by the association ATOS SIPS, which has been carefully selected by KiWAMi for their ability to ensure total security of your credit card information. All credit card transactions are crypted (128bits) and protected. This ensures that your credit card details do not circulate on the internet. Your account is debited to the total amount of your purchases and delivery costs the same day as you make the order.
Only customers resident in countries where the delivery costs are calculated automatically online and shown alongside the contents of their shopping cart are able to purchase online. For customers from other courtiers, please contact KiWAMi directly at contact@kiwamitriathlon.com
Only credit cards with the acronyms CB, VISA, EUROCARD or MASTERCARD are accepted. An order confirmed by the customer online is valid only when the credit card central network system authorises the transaction. If the transaction is not authorised by the CCCNS, KiWAMi reserves the right to cancel the order and stop the delivery of the product.
2. Ordering by telephone
You can place an order by telephone at the following number:
+33 (0)5 59 32 29 36 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 12 midday and 2pm to 5pm Central European Time (GMT -1hr).
Please have your credit card ready in order to communicate to us the card type, 16-digit number, expiry date and crypogram (the last 3 digits on the signature panel at the back of your card).
If KiWAMi is unable to take your call please leave us with your name and telephone number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
3. Ordering by Fax
The KiWAMi order form can be printed from the KiWAMi website or found at the back of all KiWAMi catalogues.

You can also communicate your order on blank paper if you wish. You are required to include on the fax the details of the models you would like to purchase, your name, telephone number and postal or delivery address, and your preferred method of payment (credit card or cheque in Euros).
You can fax your order to KiWAMi any time day or night at : +33 (0)5 59 32 29 36.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you must also include your credit card details: card type, 16-digit number, expiry date and cryptogram (the last 3 digits on the signature panel at the back of your card).
If you choose to pay by cheque in Euros (only cheques in Euros are accepted), please indicate this on the fax. Cheques are to be made out to “KiWAMi” . Your order will be sent to you only when your cheque has been cleared by the bank.
The models you have ordered are immediately reserved for you. You will receive the invoice for your order upon delivery of the order itself.
4. Ordering by Post
KiWAMi order forms can be found inside all KiWAMi catalogues, or can be printed from the KiWAMi website. If you do not have a KiWAMi catalogue and would like to receive one free of charge, please click on « Order a Catalogue » on the KiWAMi website.
You are required to include in your order the details of the models you would like to purchase, your name, telephone number and postal or delivery address, and your preferred method of payment (credit card or cheque in Euros). If you choose to pay by credit card, you must also include your credit card details (card type, 16-digit number, expiry date and crypogram).
If you choose to pay by cheque in Euros (only cheques in Euros are accepted), please indicate this on the fax. Cheques are to be made out to “KiWAMi”. Your order will be sent to you only when your cheque has been cleared by the bank. The models you have ordered are immediately reserved for you.
Orders will not be processed unless they are acompanied by the payment.
You will receive the invoice for your order upon delivery of the order itself.

5. Cancelling or Modifying your Order
If you change your mind about an order you have placed, please contact KiWAMi as quickly as possible. If at all possible, we will be happy to help you.

If you wish to know the whereabouts of your order, please contact KiWAMi and we will be happy to help you.
7. Customer files
In order to be able to meet your needs and provide an optimal service, we need to record record some personal information such as name, address, email and telephone number. This information is essential for KiWAMi to be able to process your order effectively. All personal information is confidential by KiWAMi.
In virtue of the 06/01/1978 freedom and information law, KiWAMi guarantees you right of access to and modification of this information. Simply write to KiWAMi, precising your full name and address. All bank account information you communicate to KiWAMi during an online purchase is not filed, recorded or visible on the internet. No one is able to intercept the information you send. Thanks to the security system SPPLUS, KiWAMi assures the confidentiality of your information.
8. Disputes
Disputes arising from the enforcement of the general sales condition are subject to French common law before the Tribunal de Pau (Pyrénées Atlantiques), France.
